My love for photography began at age 12 with my first camera, a simple Smena-8M. Growing up before the era of smartphones and the internet, I found pure joy in shooting on film and bringing images to life in the darkroom. Decades later, during a long career as a network engineer, I realized I needed a creative outlet for my soul—a way to find solitude and restore my mental balance. That’s when I rediscovered my childhood hobby. I started traveling and capturing the world through my lens. Today, photography is more than just a hobby; it is my pleasure and my therapy.
